Fire Report
Aggregate damage statistics with filters and export
The Fire Report screen builds aggregate incident statistics from the chosen parameters. The upper area contains a rich filter block: the “KMDA” division, the start and end dates of the period, an archive flag, the fire cause, the registration method, fire spread, loss of life, physical injuries, decisions and measures taken, and the object type.
Below the filters are the action buttons: “Search”, “Compare with last year” and “Export to Excel”. The result is shown as a summary table with the key indicators — the number of fires, the fire area (sq. m), the damage and the saved property (in somoni). A “Data distribution (%)” pie chart below the table clearly shows the ratio of damage to saved property.
User journey: an analyst sets the period and filters, runs the search, assesses the indicators in the table and the chart, optionally compares them with the previous year and exports the data to Excel.
Business value: flexible multi-parameter reporting turns scattered fire records into management information, supporting trend analysis and decision justification. A similar module is in demand in any system that needs data slices, visualisation and export.
