Criminal Cases

Tracking of inquiry materials and fire-related criminal cases

The Criminal Cases section lets the service record inquiry materials and criminal cases linked to fires. The “Add” form uses two columns and logically follows on from the fire record.

The left column holds the object type, the “KMDA” unit tree, a text field describing the incident (city and district, facility name, cause, damage and responsible parties), a field for the investigator, inspector or prosecutor who reviewed the material, and a field for the Criminal Code article under which a case was opened or declined.

The right column includes the date the materials were checked or the case reviewed and the penalty assigned, an investigator field, an “Execution status” dropdown, the criminal-case book number, the registration method, a flag for transfer to another division, a “Criminal case sheet” file upload and an archive checkbox. “Save” and “Back” buttons complete the form.

User journey: an officer links a criminal case to a specific fire, specifies the article, the responsible persons and the execution status, attaches the materials and saves the record.

Business value: an end-to-end link between fires and criminal cases gives a complete picture of the legal consequences of incidents and simplifies execution control. A similar model suits any system where an incident triggers subsequent case management.
