Fire Registration

The “Add” (Ilova kuned) screen in the Fires section is designed to register a new incident. The form is split into two columns, which helps enter a large volume of data without overloading the interface.

The left column contains the “KMDA” unit tree (SFS headquarters, the departmental register, city and regional fire directorates for Dushanbe, Khatlon and Sughd, GBAO, Rasht and the districts of republican subordination), letting the user pick the responsible structure. Below it are the “Fire start date and time” field, a “Fire cause” dropdown, the object type and a specific-object selector with an “+ Add” button, plus the information-book number.

The right column holds the decisions taken on the fire, the measures applied, an investigator field, a “Fire sheet” file upload through a file-picker button, an “Archived” checkbox and the “Save” and “Back” buttons.

User journey: an officer selects the division, enters the time and cause of the fire, links the facility, fills in details of the decisions taken and the investigator, attaches a document and saves the record.

Business value: a single structured form ensures complete and consistent incident records, while attachments and the link to a division make the data suitable for later analytics and reporting.
