1. Conversation

The upper area contains the send-message heading and the operator’s greeting.

2. Contact fields

Name, phone and email contain test details with check marks. The card displays a Thank you state.

3. Continuation

Message input, attachments and emoji appear below. Contact details remain within the widget beside the conversation area.
