Architecture and functionality: Incoming conversation queue

An incoming request with waiting and message indicators.

1. Counters

The Incoming tab shows one conversation, while the customer row has a separate two-message indicator.

2. Customer row

An avatar, name, the snippet 123 and a yellow waiting badge form a compact entry.

3. Workspace

No history is displayed in the centre; a pale panel occupies the right. A completed-conversation notice is visible at the bottom.
