Architecture and functionality: Employee incoming queue

An employee queue with one waiting request.

1. List

The Incoming tab shows one conversation. The customer row contains a yellow waiting badge, a one-message indicator and a history snippet.

2. No selection

The centre says Choose a conversation and suggests selecting a customer on the left. No individual conversation is open yet.

3. Navigation

The side bar shows Chats, CRM, Settings and the employee profile. The state separates the available queue from a selected conversation.
