A new employee form ready for data entry.

1. Required fields

Name, email and password are empty and marked with asterisks. The name field has input focus.

2. Profile

A separate file field selects the photo. Position and nickname sit side by side below the account details.

3. Completion

Save and Cancel appear below. The dimmed background shows the original employee section with an available slot.
