Structure
Organisational chart of the institution
The Structure section displays the institution’s organisational chart. The top holds the full heading about the structure of the State Institution under the Executive Office of the President, together with breadcrumbs. Below, under the “Leadership” subheading, is a hierarchical diagram: at the top is the Director, followed by the Director’s Assistant and HR Specialist, then the ICT Department, Deputy Director, Accounting and Purchasing Department units with key positions indicated (coordinator, monitoring and evaluation specialist, chief accountant, chief procurement specialist). The blocks are connected by lines reflecting the reporting order.
User journey: the visitor studies the chart from top to bottom, identifies the composition of the units and finds the position or department responsible for the area of interest.
Business value: a visual organisational chart clearly shows an organisation’s composition and hierarchy. This format is useful for institutional sites where it is important to demonstrate a transparent management structure and the distribution of responsibility.
