Architecture and functionality: Employees: empty list

The team section before the first employee is added.

1. Limit

The upper card shows zero of one slots used, the Initial plan and expiry on 27 September 2026. The usage bar is empty.

2. Creation

Add employee appears on the right between the limit card and list.

3. Empty state

The main card contains a group icon and a message that no employees have been added. The side menu retains access to other settings.
